Returns & Exchanges

Life Styled by Amy Return/Exchange Policy
Under our policy you will be given in-store credit on returns. Items must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free stains, free of animal hair, smoke free, with tags on if applicable). 

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your item. The buyer is responsible for all return mailing fees unless items are damaged. If your item/items are returned after the 14 day period, the following restock fee will apply:

15-30 days, 10% restock fee

30+ days, no returns accepted

Once we've confirmed your return as viable please mail your item back to P.O. Box

We are not responsible for any shipping costs or refunds unless the item was received defective due to a manufacturer error. If your item looks worn or has any odors or smells, we will NOT accept the return.  We are not responsible for any items that may be lost in transit. Once we receive your item(s), they will be inspected and processed within 3-4 business days. You will be emailed a gift certificate.

Final Sale Items
Due to the deep discounts given, as well as the limited numbers available, the following items are FINAL SALE:  Special Promotions and all clearance items. These items will not be accepted as a return or exchange, no exceptions! Thank you for understanding.

Exchanges
Though we do not have a direct exchange program due to instock availability we advise you to purchase the item(s) you wish to exchange as soon as possible to guarantee you will receive it.  This will ensure your exchange, without risking that the item(s) you want sell out prior to delivery of your return. In order to process this accurately, please include a note of this exchange in your return and return email. Upon receiving the returned item back to our warehouse, we will process the refund.

Refunds
Occasionally our inventory varies from what is actually in stock.  In these instances, we will partially ship the portion of your order that is in stock and then refund you for the item(s) that is/are no longer available.  We try our best to keep inventory updated as best as we can, but once in a while our system accidentally oversells products and we cannot fulfill your orders in their entirety. Thank you for understanding.

Damaged Merchandise
If you receive an item that is damaged (A hole in fabric, missing button, not sewn properly, etc..) please email us a picture immediately. We will come up with the best resolution for you once we have reviewed the damaged item. We are not responsible for damage that that occur from regular wash and wear.
